Our Patient Group is a group of patients, carers, and GP practice staff who meet virtually and/or face-to-face, to discuss practice issues and patient experiences in order to improve the service. Patient meetings are virtual and face-to-face and are arranged to suit the majority of the members and the practice staff throughout the year.
Your opinion is important, and so the practice and present members of the Patient Group would like your views on how the service can be bettered for you, your families, and your friends. We welcome your views and observations which will enable the practice to better understand patient concerns and needs.
To help us with this, would you be prepared to get involved and strengthen the existing patient group? We need volunteers from a broad spectrum of patients: young people, workers, retirees, people with long-term conditions, and people from non-British ethnic groups.
Please give this serious thought as your views and ideas could make a significant difference.
The patient group can:
- Raise patient's concerns and needs
- Contribute to decision-making and provision
- Represent the needs of the patient communities
- Help patients understand the Practice's viewpoint and ideas.
