COVID 19 Vaccination Programme at Wellington Medical Practice

At present we are waiting for confirmation of the next stage of the Booster programme - Updated Feb 2023

There is no need to ring the practice to book an appointment. We will be contacting each patient and booking in directly at Wellington Medical Practice.

• For any patients who are medically housebound we will organise a home visit COVID 19 vaccination. Please note this only applies to Wellington Medical Practice patients and not other surgeries patients in the network.
• All boosters must be given with at least a 91 day gap after the second dose
• The NHS will let you know when it's your turn to have the vaccine. It's important not to contact the GP practice for a vaccination before then.

• We have already sent messages to patients to be ready for vaccinations. If you do receive a message please follow the instructions. The message will look like the image below
