Dr Dez Ebenezer - GP Managing Partner

I trained at Birmingham University qualifying in 2006 and I completed my GP training in Wolverhampton in 2011. I joined the team at Wellington Medical Practice in January 2014.
I am also the managing partner at the practice since the 1st November 2016.
I am also the Joint Clinical Director of Wrekin PCN
I am married to Jo who is also a GP partner at the practice and we have four boys. Four young children, a cat and four pet chickens keep us busy at home!

Having graduated from India I trained as a GP in Black Country.
I enjoy all aspects of General Practice and my special interests include musculoskeletal conditions and teaching.
I am married with 2 children who keep me busy out of work.
My relaxation therapy at the end of day consists of some basic DIY, gardening and playing cricket with the children. I am fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi languages as well.
Dr R Kaur - GP Partner
I trained at Manipal Academy of Higher Education in India and then finished my GP training in the Black Country North in 2017.
I have been a GP Partner in the Practice since April 2017. My special interests include children’s health and palliative care.
I have a keen interest in gardening and have two children.

I grew up in Somerset before moving to Birmingham to start my medical training. This is where I met my husband, who is also a GP partner at Wellington Medical Practice.
I completed my GP training in 2014. I worked in several surgeries in Wolverhampton before joining the team at Wellington in November 2016 as a salaried GP.
I joined the partnership on the 1st April 2017 and look forward to help run the practice for the future with the other partners.
Outside of work I am a busy mum of four boys.

Our Nurse Manager
Tina Stevens (Adult Branch Nursing 2002, Independent/Supplementary Prescribing, MSc Advanced Health Assessment - Advanced Clinical Practitioner)
I qualified as registered nurse in 2002 at The university of Central England in Birmingham. I joined the team at Wellington Medical Practice in 2017 and have been Nurse Manager since 21st November 2022.
Currently I am studying at Stafford University alongside my role and am in the third year of the Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
I enjoy all aspects of my job but my areas of interest include Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
Outside of work I am married with two teenage daughters that keep us very busy!
Simon Little
Paramedic Science BSc, Independent Supplementary Prescriber, Advanced Health Assessment MSc.
I am a qualified paramedic since completing my BSc in 2015 at Staffordshire University and left the emergency ambulance service in 2020 to join the team at Wellington Medical Practice.
I have lived in Telford my whole life and one of my first jobs was working in Wellington Civic and Leisure Centre as a swimming instructor.
Starting as a urgent care practitioner, I have seen many patients in clinics with minor illness and chronic conditions. I also conducted most home visits as well as supporting the care home residents with acute and chronic illness.
I am currently studying with Staffordshire University Advanced Clinical Practice at masters level which will completed in 2025.
Since starting the masters, my role is working in the clinical hub as a trainee advanced clinical practitioner, supporting and supervising the junior clinical team with their clinical duties, which also includes assisting call handlers with allocating appointments.
My clinical interests include women's and men's health, palliative care, and paediatrics.
Outside of work, I live with my wife and teenage children in Telford. I enjoy holidays, exercise, and coach football for my sons team.
Keighley Bibb

I am a qualified adult nurse and worked as a district nurse before joining Wellington Medical Practice in 2022. I now see patients with chronic illness’, complete annual learning disability reviews and attend home visits, I have a keen interest in palliative care and learning disabilities’.
I am currently enrolled with Staffordshire university, aiming to complete a masters degree in Advanced clinical Practice in 2026.
Outside of work my four boys and French Bulldog keep me busy
