If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
If you already use EMIS Patient Access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Patient Online Services
The practice can now provide proxy access for Parents or Carers. - For more information or an application form for proxy access please contact the practice.
With patient access you can:
- Order repeat prescriptions on-line and track progress of your order
- Book treatment room (nursing team) appointments online without needing to call reception
- Book a consultation with a GP or Allied Health Professional without needing to call reception.
- View your medical records online
Online access is available through the internet or a smart phone app.

When you have read and understood the Patient information Leaflet please fill out the Application Form and bring in the form and the ID required to surgery. Online Access Application Form
Is my information secure?
All information that is sent to your surgery via EMIS Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information
Please allow two full working days for your prescription to be issued when ordering on-line.

You can book a treatment room appointment as well as a consultation with a GP or allied health professional.
You can cancel appointments on-line but we ask that you cancel no later than ONE hour before your appointment time. If you do need to cancel an appointment that is within ONE hour, we ask that you telephone the surgery so we can avoid wasted appointments.
