Patients at 95% of GP surgeries in England can now use all the features of the NHS App.

You can check if your GP surgery is connected when you open the app for the first time. If it's not, you can register your email address, and we'll notify you when they go live.

If your GP surgery is not connected, you can still download the app and use it to check your symptoms and find out what to do when you need help urgently.

Ordering prescriptions

Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be issued when ordering on-line.

Booking appointments

You can book a treatment room appointment via online access and we will be expanding the services offered by on line booking in due course

You can cancel appointments on-line but we ask that you cancel no later than one hour before your appointment time. If you do need to cancel an appointment that is within one hour, we ask that you telephone the surgery so we can avoid wasted appointments.
