We aim to keep our average total call wait time to less than 5 minutes.
This includes the 3 minute recorded message so our target is to answer an incoming call in less than 2 minutes after the welcome message has finished.
The welcome message has important information and updates that all patients need to listen to and it may assist patients before being transferred to a care navigator.
